Chuck is a 2007 graduate of the United States Military Academy with a bachelor's degree in German Literature.  After his time at West Point, he served for eight years in various leadership capacities as an Army officer. Afterward, he and his wife Ashley moved to Oahu, where Chuck began his studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is currently a senior majoring in electrical engineering with a focus on electro-physics. His academic interests include electronic circuit design, electromagnetic theory, semiconductor materials, and bio-electrical systems. Chuck's dream job would involve design of analog and digital circuits for consumer electronics. In his free time, Chuck enjoys hiking, helping out with the Boy Scouts, and going to the beach with his wife and his dogs.
